KLM Artificial Plants buys and sells as principal. When you place an order with us, you are contracting with one company, on one invoice, under one set of terms — not co-ordinating between a factory, an agent and a forwarder in three time zones.
With more than ten years of experience in artificial greenery and synthetic turf, we handle supplier management, production follow-up, pre-shipment inspection and export documentation. You deal with one contact who answers in your language and during hours you can actually reach.
Our accounts are trade only: fit-out contractors, turf and landscape installers, event production companies, franchise and multi-site operators, and distributors building their own catalogue.
Manufacturing
We work with an established artificial turf and greenery manufacturer in Hebei Province, China, with in-house weaving, moulding and finishing capability.

Weaving & moulding machines
The facility runs seven grass weaving machines, ten injection moulding machines and a drying tunnel, covering the full process from raw material through to finished product packaging.
Because production is integrated rather than subcontracted, colour and density stay consistent between repeat orders — which matters when you are installing the same specification across multiple sites over several months.
How We Work
Cartons and packing lists carry no manufacturer branding. Your customer sees your brand, not a supply chain.
Panels, moss, turf and florals ship together from one facility — one container, one invoice, one arrival date.
Fire, UV and material reports are supplied at quotation stage, so you can specify with confidence before committing.
Physical samples before bulk production, so nothing is committed on a photograph alone.
Every order is checked against the packing list and specification before release to your forwarder.
Use your own freight forwarder or one we arrange on your behalf. Options are confirmed with your quotation.
